We collaborate with tunnel construction contractors and mining companies worldwide to develop locomotives that offer excellent reliability, even under the most challenging working conditions. With increasing environmental protection regulations across countries, electric locomotives are becoming increasingly popular in tunnel construction. These locomotives produce zero emissions during operation in tunnels. We have equipped our locomotives with a fast-charging system that allows a full charge in just 2–3 hours, even when the battery capacity drops below 30%. Safety is our top priority. We have designed a safety hook at the front of the cabin, controlled by a cylinder, which can be activated in emergency situations to enhance safety. Additionally, our locomotives are equipped with both mechanical and electric braking systems, high-capacity lithium or lead-acid batteries, a dead man system, Wi-Fi cameras and monitors, and a de-sanding system, among other features.

Cloud and Log Recorder
We have designed a smart system for locomotives and integrated a log recorder into it. This system can record the main operating statuses for 2–3 years. The smart system connects to the Internet and uploads key parameters to the cloud for analysis. The equipment management team can monitor battery capacity, charging status, distance traveled, and more from their mobile phones or office computers.
We are also developing a driverless system for locomotives.
IoT is becoming more and more popular for equipment.
Operation System
The locomotive is powered by a motor connected to an inverter and battery pack. We have designed a highly user-friendly operating system and control panel. Important information and warnings are clearly displayed on the screen, allowing the operator to easily monitor the battery, driving system, and camera status. The driving speed can be smoothly adjusted using either the turning wheel or the speed handle. To slow down or come to a complete stop, the operator simply applies the brake through the motor’s braking system—there are no complicated operations involved.
Easier operation will be more friendly for operators.
Technical Support & Service
We provide customers with comprehensive technical support and after-sales service. After the equipment arrives at the project site, we will arrange professional engineers from local branches or China to go to the site according to the specific situation to carry out equipment debugging and provide operation training to ensure that customers can master the use of equipment. We have specialized after-sales service teams in many countries and regions to ensure that engineers can rush to the scene to deal with problems as soon as possible after receiving customer feedback, and provide 7 × 24-hour uninterrupted technical support services. In addition, we also provide customers with second-hand equipment renovation and maintenance services to help customers extend the service life of equipment, enhance the value of equipment. Customers can enjoy our free technical support and professional consulting services throughout the equipment life cycle. Safety Feature
Safety First is always our core business principle. We have designed the following safety features for our locomotives:
1. Emergency Hook: In emergency situations, this hook can be deployed to catch the
sleeper and stabilize the locomotive.
2. Deadman System: The operator is required to press this button every 2 minutes (the
interval can be customized in the system). If no action is taken, the locomotive will
automatically come to a stop.
3. De-sanding System: This device allows the operator to spray sand onto the rails,
increasing friction and improving traction.
4. Battery Pack with Built-in Automatic Fire Extinguishing System: Ensures rapid
response in case of thermal events.
5. High-Capacity Motor: Our locomotives are equipped with motors that offer greater
capacity and stronger torque than those of our competitors, delivering superior
power and performance.
6. Door Limit Switch: During operation, if the door is left open, the operator will receive
both visual and audible warnings.
7. Multiple Camera System: A comprehensive array of cameras provides the driver or
operator with enhanced visibility from the cabin.
8. Multi-Brake System: Our locomotives are equipped with air brakes & motor brakes
for maximum safety and control.

Battery Pack
The battery pack is divided into lithium battery and lead-acid battery. Nowadays, lithium batteries have become increasingly popular due to their high capacity and fast charging capabilities, without the need for an additional water cooling tank. The smart BMS (Battery Management System) precisely controls the charging and discharging process, ensuring a longer battery lifespan. High voltage and high current work in synergy with our motor to deliver powerful performance. For enhanced safety, the battery pack is equipped with an automatic fire extinguishing system. Our battery has obtained a range of certifications, including ROHS, CE, SGS, UL, BIS, MSDS, and UN38.3.
Longer lifetime and safe running is the principle of battery.
Brake System
We designed a dual brake pad system for each wheel of the locomotive, offering enhanced safety compared to a single brake pad. In emergency situations, it provides sufficient braking force and helps avoid potential risks. This brake system is controlled by an air cylinder — when air pressure is sufficient, the brake can be released; otherwise, it will automatically engage to brake the wheel. This design ensures reliable braking performance even if the air compressor encounters issues. In addition to this mechanical brake system, all driving motors are equipped with electric brakes. The dual braking systems together ensure the locomotive can be stopped safely at any time

Drive System
We utilize two high-torque motors to drive the locomotive. These motors are specially designed for low-speed, high-torque performance, making them ideal for the demanding conditions found in tunnel construction and mining operations. During the design process, we prioritize mounting the motors in higher positions to prevent prolonged exposure to water. All motors feature a high level of protection against water and dust ingress. With over 14 years of experience, we design and manufacture our own gearboxes (reducers). These gearboxes are engineered to work efficiently with high-torque motors and offer an extended service life. The easy maintenance, reliable performance, and durability of our gearboxes are highly valued by customers.
