Segment Service Vehile(SSV)
In the current tunnel construction, especially metro tunnel, precast segment is very popular. After segment is ready in precast yard, segment service vehicle can delivery
that to tunnel and go inside of TBM backup directly. TBM backup unloading crane lift segment from SSV and install that by TBM segment device.
We can deisgn ADS for segment service vehile to realize the automatic driving in the TBM back(at usual, the backup is very narrow and dark, the operator is very difficult to operate SSV in this kind of condition.

Mixer Service Vehicle(MSV)
In the construction of tunnel, two methods will be used for ground construction. Some project uses the precast utility box, the other will use the cast in site. If the project uses the second method, the concrete must be transported to tunnel and unload to ground to make road base.
The other condition is, when the segment is installed, the inside needs to be injected by concrete.
Mixer Service Vehicle is one more solution for concrete transportation.

Tunnel Multi Service Vehicle

Personnel Service Vehicle (PSV)
In the tunnel construction, many project distance is more than 10km, if all the workers go to project site by walking, it is too far and wasts too much time. We designed this personnel service vehile to transpot workers to site.
In the side, all the seats have mechanical suspension, it will be more comfortable. At the same time, window/air conditioner is optional.
In the emergency, the door can be opened to 1.5m(up to customer), the stretcher can be carried inside easily.
Emergency stop button is installed inside. The passenger can stop the psv in emergency conditions.
Comfort and Safety is always important.
Rescue Service Vehicle(RSV)
In the tunnel construction, the accident or injury caused by wrong operation must be rescued urgently. In this special place, the common rescue car cannot go inside of tunnel. So the professional rescue service vehicle is required.
Based on customer's requirements, we can install the related rescue device in the vehicle and give in-time rescue to workers.
Safety and In-time Rescue ensures there is no delay on life.
Crane Service Vehicle(CSV)
We desiged crane service vehicle for tunnel construction. It can transport materials inside of tunnel and bring tools, diesel tank and components to tunnel for the maintenance work of the other vehiles.
If any transporter or msv has problem, cannot be repaired in tunnel, the crane service vehicle can pull it out from tunnel.
Every vehicle is multiple function.
